Per Hour
For bespoke packages or for something a little smaller where you only need a few hours of coverage. (Only valid for weekday weddings in peak season – June-Oct or weekends outside of peak dates).
Also good if you want to add on an extra hour for some extra dancing photos if you like a wild party.

To capture even more of your day from different angles – great for if you are getting ready at separate locations and want to capture both sides of wedding prep!

35mm film
If you would like some shots captured the ‘old school’ way – some of the ceremony, couple shots and other moments throughout the day in 35mm colour film. I use 2 rolls of film each with 24 shots, these will then be scanned in and sent with the rest of your digital photographs with 6×4 prints also sent to you! Perfection is not guaranteed but I think that’s the beauty of film photography.

FAq
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/FILMS?
Photos are sent via Pixieset, an online gallery where you will be able to view your gallery and download the photos. Films are sent via Vidflow, where you can view and download your films. Sneak Peeks are also sent via Pixieset between 24-48 hours after the wedding so they’re ready to be shared with your nearest and dearest on insta/facebook/myspace??
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes I do! My travel costs for within the UK are included in my package price. If you are having a destination wedding I charge an additional fee to cover my travel and hotel stay.
HOW DO YOU EDIT THE PHOTOS AND FILMS?
I edit both in my signature style and spend many hours culling and curating the best possible images for you. This equates to around 600 images but can be more depending on guest numbers and what’s happening on the day.
I WANT SPECIFIC PHOTOS TAKEN, e.g PHOTO WITH AUNT GLADYS – CAN I REQUEST PHOTOS?
Yes of course! I send out a questionnaire about a month before your day alongside your final payment invoice. The questionnaire includes queries about specific photos you are after, this includes a list of up to 10 group photo requests. Of course if you want to discuss anything over a call or zoom call in the run up to the wedding let me know and we can have a chat!
WHEN DO WE TAKE COUPLES PORTRAITS?
This can depend on the timings for your day, as every wedding is different, usually the couples photos are taken between the ceremony and meal. But this is something we can have a chat about – usually around 20 mins is a good amount of time to get some nice dreamy portraits. We can also sneak off and take some at sunset if you’d like some golden hour snaps.
HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
Drop me an email (hello@evebaberphotography.com) or fill in my contact form with your details and I will let you know whether I am free for your date! If you would like to go ahead I will then send you an invoice for the booking fee (£200) and a contract to sign to secure your date.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes I do! But let me know if your venue needs anything specific from me.

An optional call via zoom to meet ‘virtually’ face to face and find out further details about your day. Also an opportunity to ask me any other questions you may have.

Contract + Deposit
I will send you a contract to have a read over and sign along with an invoice for the £200 booking fee to secure your date.
